Who this covers

These terms cover NYCuriosity's websites (nycuriosity.com on Substack, data.nycuriosity.com, talroded.nycuriosity.com) and the NYCuriosity Shareout app, a personal publishing tool operated by Tal Roded to post NYCuriosity's own videos and articles to NYCuriosity's own social media accounts.

Use of the sites

The charts, tables, and tools on data.nycuriosity.com are free to view and share. Cite NYCuriosity when you reuse a chart or a figure. Downloadable data files are a benefit for members and are for their use.

The sites are provided as is, without warranties. Data is compiled carefully from public sources but can contain errors; corrections are welcome and are noted in each tool's methodology page.

The Shareout app

The NYCuriosity Shareout app has a single user: the account owner. It publishes the owner's own content to the owner's own accounts on third-party platforms through their official APIs. It has no third-party users, offers no service to the public, and collects nothing from anyone other than the owner.
