Source: NYC OMB, Register of Community Board Budget Requests, FY2027 preliminary register (NYC Open Data) Note: Agency answers to the preliminary budget. 'Other answers' combines requests the agency said it would address another way (93) and requests it asked the board to clarify (159). MTA New York City Transit appears in the register as Transit Authority.

MTA New York City Transit said it does not support and cannot accommodate any of its 111 requests. The Department of Environmental Protection said the same to 187 of 194.

Sources and method: The register lists every capital and expense budget request a community board votes on and each agency's answer. This chart uses the FY2027 preliminary register, the only edition where agencies answer in their own words before the Office of Management and Budget updates the responses. On NYC Open Data that edition is dated February 17, 2027; every request in it carries an FY2027 tracking code and an agency response, which identifies it as the preliminary register published in early 2026.

Agency names are as written in the register.
