Note: The City's own count, which ranks districts by affordable housing produced relative to their housing stock, credits these districts with 724 of 63,870 affordable homes citywide. HPD's building-level data counts 996 of 63,712.

Starting January 1, 2027, rezonings that require affordable housing in these districts get a 90-day review: 60 days for the community board and borough president, then 30 days for the City Planning Commission's final vote. The list is recalculated every five years.
