About this data

  • Compliance data is drawn from DOT Streets Plan annual progress reports (2024–2025) and from reporting in NYCuriosity's Streets Plan article. Bus stop upgrade figure (~20) is approximate based on DOT reporting.
  • Annual minimums are the per-year benchmarks set by LL195's first five-year plan. Where the law specifies a different rate for year 1, the year 1 rate is used for comparison with 2024–2025 performance data only where it is the applicable benchmark.
